FAQ
Common questions
Where is our data stored?
In the UAE. The database, files, backups and email run in Microsoft Azure UAE North. An AI request may be processed in another Microsoft Azure region; names are replaced with placeholders first, and Microsoft keeps a request for at most 30 days, only to check for misuse.
How long is the pilot?
One full term, typically three to four months. At the end of the term you decide whether to continue.
Does CurioPilot help with KHDA or ADEK inspections?
CurioPilot gives you exportable evidence of learning and progress that your team can use in inspections. It is not endorsed by, or connected to, KHDA or ADEK.
Can we message parents on WhatsApp?
Not yet — WhatsApp is the next channel we are adding. Today parents get the in-app inbox, email, notifications, and SMS if your school turns it on.
Do you create Islamic Studies or Arabic content?
Not automatically. Religious-studies content is chosen by your school’s teachers; CurioPilot does not generate it.
Do you work with schools elsewhere in the Gulf?
Yes, please get in touch. Our first pilots are in the UAE.
